#MoroccanMonday look 27

Hello everyone!

With this week’s look, I’m going back to the safest colour ever: black. Back in the day, I used to rock black almost every single day. Yup, we, millenials, have probably all been through that “emo phase” or gotten near it at least, the outfits haven’t looked this chic and put together in my case though, but I have no regrets.

This look is still wearable during summer despite the dark turban. Black and white stripes can be paired with almost anything and still look cute, all the way from camo to leopard print. A touch of red somwhere is also a good addition.

I’ve been looking for those chic long sleeveless trench coats you see on instagram for ages (still looking), so when I saw this long blouse a couple of weeks ago in the shops I bought it straight away. It’s not the perfect lenght nor the perfect fabric, but for now, this will do. You can easily wear it buttoned all the way down with a pair of leather leggings showing from the high side slits, or wear it open like a summer trench.

You know what they say, sun’s out toes out! I can finally wear my new comfortable sandals that I bought a few months ago. I obviously need to get it tightened because they’re super wide somehow, but that’s not going to stop me from wearing them at the moment.

Wearing two different prints together can be tricky, but adding it in a subtle way like my leopard print sunglasses can compliment the stripes perfectly. I haven’t worn a red lip in ages, because I don’t like the fuss it causes, but rocking it every once in a while reminds me of why it’s so iconic and gives me that boost of confidence I sometimes need.
