Simplicity is the best option when you’re in a rush, which is basically what I went for this week as you can probably tell. I was pooped from the lovely wedding I went to on Saturday that lasted until 7a.m and needed a couple of days to recover (what aging does to you) with left me no time for a full-on look. A basic Canadian tuxedo literally saves me everytime I’m in a fashion rut or rushing out with little to no time to spare. Throw on a pair of trainers, a T-shirt and you’re good to go.
Statement T-shirts have been big this past seasons which means that you’re bound to find one or two (or a dozen) you like. I absolutely loved this 7Up one as it’s colourful yet simple and classy. The green and orange add a pop of colour I normally don’t wear, so that’s another good way to add colour into your wardrobe and experimenting with it without being overwhelmed.
To spice the basic denim on denim look a bit, I wore this T-shirt, and kept the rest of the look very casual and practical.
