I don’t care if you’re Gisele Bündchen, tights are not pants as the great Blaire Waldorf once said, and that also applies to leggings in my opinion. Not only do they look tacky on their own, they also show your lack of creativity.
I’m not the biggest fan of leggings and I certainly wasn’t a part of the hype when people first started wearing the 2009 uniform of leggings and Uggs, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that I only own two pair of leggings that I probably wear twice or thrice a year and only when it’s absolutely necessary.
This week’s look is a comfrotable one with a big cotton shirt, leggings and flats. The denim jacket I wore for last week’s look is making a cameo again as I don’t seem to get enough of it. I could’ve worn this with a leather jacket but I wanted to add a bit of colour.
I instantly fell in love with this choker. The beautiful colours and beads are kind of similar to the whole Dolce & Gabbana look, I’m not sure whether that was deliberate or not but I love it!
